Your Personal User Login

Setup Your User Login

Follow these steps to create your login:

  • Point your browser to https://ezicheq.com and click Login from the upper left.
  • Near the bottom, click on Get started here.
  • Enter your email address and press Next.
  • On the next page enter your name and phone number, and press Next.
  • Choose a password and type it twice to confirm.
  • Accept the Terms of Use (see our Terms of Use)
  • Indicate that you are not a robot, and press Next.
  • You should see a message on the bottom left. Do not dismiss it yet (just in case you do not receive the confirmation email).
  • Check your email, and press Verify My Email or the link.
  • If you didn’t get an email, and think you have fixed the issue, you can press Resend Email on the message that you left open.
  • Once you verify your email, you can continue by logging in.

Logging In

  • Point your browser to https://ezicheq.com and click Login from the upper left.
  • Enter your login and password
  • If you wish to remain logged in for up to a week, select Keep me logged in
  • Press Next

If You Forget Your Password

  • Point your browser to https://ezicheq.com and click Login from the upper left.
  • Under the Next button, select Forgot Password?.
  • Enter your email address, then press Email Me a Reset Password Link.
  • Check your email and click the link
  • Enter your new password and confirm it. We recommend turning on Log me out on all devices. Press Next.
  • Login as usual with your new password.

Changing your Password

Should you wish to change your password, select My Details from the upper right, and further select Change Password. You will need to enter your current password, your new password, and you'll need to confirm your new password.

Accepting an Invitation to Join an Account

When you log in, if you have been invited to join an account you will see on your dashboard a button Invitation to join Account. Press Accept to accept the invitation.

Changing your Personal Details

Select My Details from the upper right. In the pop-up window under the User Settings tab, you ucan change your name and phone number.

Your Alert Settings

Select My Details from the upper right. In the pop-up window under the Alert Settings tab, you can choose to receive alerts for items you are not assigned to, and also be alerted when your certificates are nearing expiration.

Switching between Accounts

If you have access to multiple accounts, you can switch between them.

Click on the name of the account on the left side of the header bar. You will be presented with a pulldown showing all the accounts you can switch to. Select one and press Switch.

Leaving an account

Select My Details from the upper right, and further select Your Accounts.

You will be presented with a list of accounts you have access to. One of these will be your managing company (your first account) which you will not be able to leave. For all of the others, select Leave This Account to leave. If you need to leave your managing company, please contact EZICHEQ.
