Results

Results represent the result of safety checks. These indicate the safety status of an item.

Check Results

Checks can only result in Safe, Unsafe, or Alert.

Alert means that the item isn't strictly unsafe, but something about it requires attention.

Item Results

In general, items are either Safe, Unsafe, or Alert. But there are four other possibilities:

When a checklist is overdue, an item becomes Selfcheck Due or Certified Check Due (depending on whether or not the checklist requires certification). However, if an item has never been checked, these will show as Not Yet Checked.

If an item doesn't require any checks, it will be No Checks Required which is considered safe.
