Company Account

Creating a new Account

If you don't have access to any other account yet, Select Dashboard from the menu and then click on Create a New Account.

If you are already logged into an account, Select Quick Start from the menu and further select Create a New Account.

Fill out the Account Name, Address, Phone, and Email. Also pick your industry

If you have a Promo Code, enter it into the Promo Code field.

You have two options for supplying payment information:

  1. Add Card Now: This will prompt you for credit card information once you submit.
  2. Start Without Card: This will start a free trial. If the free trial ends and you have not added a valid card, your access will then be blocked.

There are three plans to choose from:

  1. Basic: This plan is designed for low-usage customers who only need basic functionality.
  2. Premium: This is our standard plan and contains all functionality.
  3. Unlimited: This also contains all functionality, but is price capped.

Please read the plan descriptions and choose your plan.

Mark that you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use and press Subscribe Now.

Making Changes to your Account

Choose Account > Account Details from the menu bar.

Account Details lets you change your basic contact information.

Restricted Access lets you request access to library data that is restricted to customers who are paying for it.

Email Preferences lets you batch email alerts so that they arrive at predictable times rather than immediately.

Billing

Choose Account > Billing from the menu bar.

Here you can see your invoices, get a previos of your monthly billing, change your plan, and add a new credit card.
