This checklist has no items
Give your checklist a name.
This will appear at the top of the checklist and will also be used to assign the checklist to items.
Checklist instructions will appear at the top of the checklist when it is being completed.
Instructions will appear in * muted text * to help users with any information that may be relevant to the checklist.
Click Options > Preview to view your Checklist Instructions.
Changing a Checklist Status from Active to Inactive will mean a checklist can no longer be assigned to new items, and items that have the checklist assigned will not require those checks.
The checklist will no longer appear on items which currently use the checklist, and it will not be available as a search option.
If a checklist is changed from Inactive back to Active then items will still have the checklist assigned if they previously did (i.e. you will not lose data by changing a Checklist Status to Inactive).
If there are multiple certifications attached to this checklist, select the certification requirements for this checklist
By default all EZICHEQ checklists that don't require certification are able to be submitted by anyone, without an EZICHEQ login.
Use this option if you want to restrict a checklist so it cannot be submitted by members of the public who do not have both an EZICHEQ login AND access to your account.
By default all EZICHEQ checklists provide immediate feedback (animated green checks and red crosses).
Use this option if you want to disable that feedback.
Checklists are considered "Not Yet Checked" initially. If this setting is on, they will be treated as if they passed this check on the Date of Manufacture.
Set the frequency in which a checklist is required to be completed on an item, either a number of days or months.
When the frequency period has passed since this checklist was last submitted on an item the item's result will change to 'Selfcheck Due' (unless the item has a worse result e.g. 'Unsafe').
If the frequency is set to zero, the checklist will never be required or become due.
How many days in advance to you want to be reminded when this checklist becomes due? If you set it to 0, you won't get a separate reminder, but you'll still be notified when it becomes due.
This will allow the user to duplicate sections during the check, meaning that sections do not have to be repeated on the checklist design page
Assign a Checker to a checklist, and they will automatically be assigned to all items with that checklist.
Assigned checkers will automatically receive all alerts associated with an item.
Any email you enter into this field will be notified whenever this checklist is run on any item with this checklist, regardless of whether the check fails or not. There is a similar field on Items and on Item Types too.
NOTE: This is not typically used. For third-parties related to items, you should do that on the items themselves.
By default EZICHEQ checklist questions will be displayed in the order that they are shown on this page.
Use this option to randomise the checklist questions every time a checklist is completed.
Useful if you need to combat 'checklist fatigue' or just keep your users on their toes
Set the expiry in which a checklist is required to be completed to continue to hold a certification, either a number of days or months.
If the expiry is set to zero, the checklist will only be required to be run once
Categories allow you to organise and report on your EZICHEQ items any way you like. Think of Categories like #hashtags on social media.
Categories on this checklist will automatically be applied to all items which use this checklist.
If this option is selected users will be prevented from submitting the checklist if this question is not completed.
If this option is selected then the checklist will automatically fill in the answer previously provided for that item.
Hints will appear in * muted text * below the question.
Use hints to provide information to help users answer the question correctly.
