Technical information about your browser and connection: We collect technical information about your browser and connection, including your IP address, date and time of your visits to our website, your clicks and activity on our website, the referring website (if any) through which you clicked through to our website, and identifying information about your browser, device, and operating system. This information helps us understand how people use our website and determine the web standards we may need to comply with for compatibility with your browser.

Billing and/or purchase information: We collect billing address, shipping address, and credit card information for billing and shipping purposes only. We store only the last two digits of credit card numbers, along with the name on the card, expiry date, and a unique token for reference with our payment processor. The full card number is not stored anywhere on our systems, and it is never in our possession, even transitively, as credit card interactions occur directly with Windcave.

Entered Information: Any information entered into forms on our website is collected and may be stored on our servers for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Under the Privacy Act legislation, you can ask to see any information we may hold about you, and you also have the right to have any inaccuracies corrected by us. We will comply with such requests to the extent required by the Privacy Act legislation within fourteen (14) days of receiving your request. We share your email address and first name with SendGrid (Twilio) in order to send you emails. Please refer to the SendGrid Privacy Policy.

We may share your email address, first and last name, and phone number with Facebook in order to assist our customer support process. Please refer to the Facebook Privacy Policy.

We share your geolocation data with Google via the Google Maps API in order to translate latitude and longitude into a street address. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

We share technical information about your browser and connection with Google via Google Analytics in order to help us understand how people use our website. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

We share billing and/or purchase information with Windcave in order to process payment. Please refer to the WindCave Privacy Policy.

We store information you enter on our website on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services. Please refer to the Amazon Web Services Privacy Policy. We store backups on Google Cloud for disaster recovery purposes. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.

Except as detailed above We do not share, give, sell, rent, or lease information to third parties and Your Personal Information will only be disclosed to those employees within Our organisation who have a need to know in order to ensure You are provided with information about Our products and Services or to request Goods and Services through this Website.

Storing and Securing Your Information
